HOW I WORK
Frame the problem before touching the solution
Most product failures are framing failures. I start with research, data and stakeholder conversations to find the real constraint, then define what success looks like in terms the business actually cares about. Sometimes the answer is a smaller build than anyone expected.
Design systems that scale teams, not just screens
I build interfaces on systems: shared components, clear patterns, accessibility built in from the start. The goal is that your team ships faster after I leave than they did before I arrived.
Ship it, don't just hand it off
I work across the full stack of a product's surface. Figma to production with engineering, or Figma to live with Framer, Webflow and code when that's the faster path. I use AI tools daily to prototype earlier, test more options, and cut the gap between idea and something real.

SELECTED WORK
Running a fast growing SaaS site solo
Three languages, a growing product line, 175+ posts, one person keeping it all coherent. I extended Pentagram's design system with everything that came after it. Active users doubled, the site never slowed anyone down.
A Fortune 500 team was bouncing between seven tools to get one piece of data. I led the design of the portal that replaced them all. Requests dropped from 12 days to 30 minutes.
Every spacing change needed a developer. I rebuilt the site in Framer, redirects first. Zero URLs lost, rankings held, updates went from days to hours.
The content was working. The app around it wasn't. I led a full redesign built on 420 user conversations. 100,000 new signups in three months, over 90% still paying.
