Challenge
Seven different applications. Multiple portals. Endless complexity.
A Fortune 500 company needed their teams to access data, connect with colleagues, and get work done. Instead, they were losing days navigating fragmented systems. The cost was adding up in time, money, and frustration.
It was time for a change.
Process
I started with conversations. Stakeholder interviews revealed the symptoms, so I organized an in-person design workshop to uncover the real problems. Then I talked to 20 people across the organization: data specialists, team members, and department leads, listening to how they actually work.
The insights shaped everything that followed. I developed personas, mapped user flows, and created prototypes that I tested with real people. Each round of feedback brought me closer to the right solution.

I watched it happen in user testing sessions. Stakeholders tracked €130,000 in monthly savings across the organization. Application analytics told the rest of the story: 70% adoption in three months, full adoption in six.
